Reporting Manager

Delivery Director - AMPYR Distributed Energy

Reports

1-2 (Project Coordinators)

Overview

The Project Manager owns the safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned ADE distributed BESS projects, taking FID-approved sites from the Origination and Development team through procurement, construction, commissioning, energization and registration, and handing completed assets to the Asset Management function at Commercial Operations Date (COD). The role is the delivery-execution engine for ADE’s 300MW / 1200MWh distributed BESS portfolio — 60 x 5MW sites targeted for deployment by mid-2028 — and is accountable for scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSSE outcomes across a portfolio of concurrent sites.

Reporting to the Delivery Director, the Project Manager converts ADE’s 5MW site design into a productionised, multi-site delivery model — applying standardized scopes, balance-of-plant (BOP) packages, schedules, controls and HSSE standards consistently across the build-out. The role sits between Origination and Development (which hands over FID-ready projects) and Asset Management (which assumes the asset at COD), and is accountable for managing BOP and OEM contractors, internal and external stakeholders, project risk and commercial performance, and for delivering each project within ADE’s governance framework and against the platform’s contracted offtake milestone commitments.
